It is a force of struggle, a march and emotion. Therefore, the movement has worked out a detailed strategy through which it will have to achieve its targets. We have set the journey to the ultimate aim of Peace, Love and Tolerance in five stages or phases:1. Propagation : At this stage every member promises to take part according to his capacity to help present the movement’s way of perceiving, analyzing and interpreting among various communities all over the world. 2. Organization : The people who accept our invitation to join the mission are organized in regular societies, associations and leagues which are working from rural level to the international. 3. Education : In the centres and community halls owned and run by the Movement the members will receive proper education and training. They will be taught different Islamic disciplines from theology and philosophy to practical character building, the art of teaching, and social theory. 4. Implementation : In this stage those who adopt the lines of the prophetic struggle will have to take practical stages, display actual skills and carry out social and communal activities in accordance with the aims of the movement. 5. Reformation : In order to achieve revival and revitalization of the socio-economic justice internally and externally actual changes, reformation and renewal of the systems are called for. These will be sacred ideas of peace and tolerance through out the world, and for uniting the Muslim communities for a better world. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri is a man of Global Repute and Known as Ambassador of Unity, Peace and Human Development. All his life is devoted for the uplifting and development of needy, homeless and poor people.His services for the welfare of Mankind are accepted and appreciated with in Pakistan and in international level in very respected manners, not only in public sector but in institutional and organizational levels also.

As Individual Achievement Award, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tahir -ul-Qadri’s name has become the biographical subject of outstanding accomplishment in the ” 1998 Edition of International Who’s Who of Twentieth Century Achievement” for Contributions to Education by American Biographical Institute (ABI), United States of America at June 1, 1999.   The International Biographical Centre (IBC) of Cambridge, England has declared the name of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri as “the International Man of the Year 1998-99″ in Recognition of his services to social work and education.

Has eminence Professor Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri is the founder leader and the spirit of MQIO. A man of extraordinary capabilities, Dr. Qadri is a gift of God. He is a theologian and a theosophist, a scientist and a spiritualist, a preacher and a reformer, a philosopher and a political thinker, a thunder among the forces of evil and exploitation and a mild breeze in the minds of mankind. And above all he is the animating heartbeat of hundreds of thousands of people around the World.

As such Professor Qadri emerges as a person of destiny with his learned instruction and creative interpretation of Islam providing refreshing perspectives of the role of Islam in the contemporary World. Unfortunately, in the past several decades, the universality of Islam has been obscured by stereotyped conservatism. Dr. Qadri with his progressive ideas and better contemporary World vision is performing an important role in the renaissance of Islam. Without doubt, he is a refreshing tide in humanity.

Doctor Qadri is a distinctive Islamic scholar of international repute. He has delivered lectures on almost all major contemporary issues in various national and international conferences, seminars, gatherings and specially organized programs by universities and colleges in all the continents of the World. He has singular distinction of presenting the basic idea of interest free Islamic banking in the presence of a huge gathering at Lahore on October 7, 1992 in response to challenge that contemporary finance and economy can not be run with out interest.

Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri was born on 19th February, 1951 at Jhang Sadar (Pakistan). His father, Dr. Farid-ud-Din Qadri was a very competent Medical practitioner, a top-notch religious scholar, a versatile poet and an exceptionally eloquent speaker. He was a spiritual leader and a great saint of his time.

Introduction

Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri is the founding chairman of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT or Pakistan Popular Movement) and the patron in chief of Minhaj-ul-Qur’an International and Minhaj Welfare Foundation.

PAT is a unique political party of Pakistan which has a network at the grass root level in all the four provinces and abroad and whose workers, under the guidance of their leadership, are contributing a great deal in political as well as social sector of the country.

Minhaj-ul-Quran Movement International has its offices in more than 80 countries around the world. It is a non-political, spiritual Movement working for the betterment of all the people living in Pakistan and abroad in general and the Muslims in particular.

Minhaj  Welfare Foundation is working not only in Pakistan, but in fact across the globe, for the social and educational development of mankind. It is an NGO with around 1000 educational institutions in Pakistan that have an objective of creating social and political awareness among the masses and also of imparting state of the art education to Pakistanis. It is also working in the health sector, building Medicare facilities for the poor, arranging free medical camps etc. and is also involved in developing vocational institutions.
